Need opinions. I recently started at a new job as a VP. I was at a meeting with 12 other people (all men). My boss walked by the conference room and saw I was there. He came in 5 minutes later with a soda and sat in the 1 available chair which was across from me. He pours the soda and hands me a cup and the other for himself. Was this wierd?

is he generally supportive? maybe he thought you could use a friendly face in the group

[ Reply | Options ]OP- I'm not reading much into it, a friend of mine is. I told the story illustrating how kind he is but she turned red when I told her. I can say in retrospect I had thought at the time, please let it be for others too and not just me.
