  • Thoughts on the best bottles? I'm expecting my 2nd, used Born Free for DD but was wondering about bottles with less pieces for the second. . .

    • I hate BF with a passion. Leaked and too many parts. I like Avent. Occ leaked, but less parts and good all around. But if pumping I personally loved the Medela pump bottles best.

        • I used it the Avent a year ago and yes it was the standard bottle. No extra valve part. Search on born free on here and you'll see other leak complaints and a hilarious customer service email someone (not me) received and posted.

    • I used the glass evenflow 4 oz with a nuk-nuk nipple. Worked great, no worries about BPA, no funky milk scum on bottles. Tried the glass 8 oz but they were a little too heavy. By the time our DD was old enough to actually throw the bottle, we transitioned to a sippy cup.

    • Found playtex dropins to be the best w newborn. transitioned to born fee. DS hated the advent nipples, and it always leaked.
